Scanning with the UMAX PowerLook 1000
In ‘Photoshop’ go to START > Programs > MagicScan > MagicScan 4.7
This will load up the scanning application as seen below.
- Click ‘Preview’ to preview the image
- Select where you want to save your file (your home drive)
- Select the area you wish to scan
- Click ‘Scan’ to scan image
- Click ‘Exit’ when finished
Next you can open the file you have scanned in Photoshop.
